A Dream Come True: The Journey of Puro Tepache

As I sit down to write this blog, I'm filled with a mix of emotions—excitement, gratitude, and a bit of disbelief. When we first started Puro Tepache here in San Antonio, Texas, Emmanuel and I had a vision of creating a beverage that not only tasted amazing but also carried the rich cultural heritage of Mexico. Today, seeing Puro Tepache in cans and watching people enjoy it is nothing short of surreal.

The journey to this point has been one of dedication and passion. From selecting the finest ingredients like locally sourced piloncillo, cinnamon, whole cloves, and rescued pineapple rinds, to perfecting the fermentation process, every step has been a labor of love. Our goal was to craft an authentic, non-alcoholic probiotic beverage that offers a unique taste experience, and seeing the smiles on people's faces as they savor Puro Tepache makes it all worthwhile.

One of the most thrilling milestones for us has been the introduction of Puro Tepache to retail locations. Walking into a store and seeing our beautifully designed cans on the shelves is a dream come true. It's a testament to the hard work and support of everyone involved in this journey—our team, our partners, and most importantly, you, our incredible customers.
